- User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided during booking or registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- Use Services Lawfully: Utilize our website and services only for lawful purposes and refrain from any conduct that could harm or disrupt our operations.
- Health Disclosure: Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session to ensure safe and appropriate service delivery.
- Booking and Appointments

- Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method.
- Arrival Time: Our therapists will arrive at your specified location at the agreed-upon time. Please ensure a suitable environment for the session.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to be present at the agreed location and time without prior notice will result in a full charge of the service fee.
- Payment Terms
- Rates: Service rates are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
- Timing: Payments are to be made immediately after the completion of the service.
- Gift Vouchers
- Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and must be presented at the time of service.
- Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cancellation of Voucher Appointments: If an appointment booked with a voucher is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the voucher may be voided.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healer’s Touch Manila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
